The process...
Step 1
Call/text/email/pigeon us. We will get back to you within one business day (but usually way sooner).
Step 2
We have an obligation-free catch-up (the coffee is on us). We discuss how to improve the physical and psychological health, safety and wellbeing within your organisation.
We send you a proposal. You are shocked at how reasonable the price is. We high-five.
Step 3
We get stuck-in to whatever work/s you require. We check-in with you each week to give you updates on progress.
When the job is done, we high-five again.
Costs / Return on Investment...
- Costs will be determined following an initial meet
- We generally work off hourly/daily/weekly rates
- Where you require secondment support for a month or longer we will work out a sweet deal
- Travel outside of metro areas may be subject to travel charges
- Training costs may be impacted by the size of the audience
We will work with you to customise your proposal.
Every proposal includes a return-on-investment to help you with any business case requirements.
Who are we?
Hi! Conor is my name. Welcome!
I started Psychosocial Safety Solutions with a vision to support the health, safety and wellbeing of all humans and workplaces.
I am a Registered Nurse with qualifications in Health & Safety and I recently completed an MBA. With over ten years experience in health & safety, and a background in physical & psychological rehabilitation, myself and the team are well-equipped to support your business’ needs across all elements of health, safety and wellbeing.
In my most recent organisation, I introduced the mental health strategy and led the health and safety strategy/team for 44,000 team members across over 300 locations. I have been fortunate enough to speak at conferences, wellbeing festivals and have won some lovely awards.
Last year I became a bit obsessed with the concept of ‘ikigai’ (look it up!). It led me here, to starting a business that would help make the world a little better (and hopefully a lot safer).

Where we service
We are based in Naarm (Melbourne) but we service all Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand capital cities. I have a trusted range of contractors who you will love, guaranteed.
We service elsewhere too, virtually or otherwise, just ask.
